We're on vacation, so moody isn't something I've run across much this week... until we took ventured into a slot canyon in northern Arizona.  Millions of years of thick, muddy, raging flood waters carved these beautiful walls.  While everything looks peaceful now, in an instant, an angry torrent of water can come crashing through, forever changing the landscape inside the canyon.

P52 - Pastel - 17/52

Chris and I found a piece of paradise in a quiet, little Utah valley this morning.  The pastel red of the rock cliffs is a beautiful contrast to the vibrant blue sky.
